新,男, 1962年2月生,江苏南通人,博士,二级研究员,中科院首批特聘核心研究员,博士生导师,党委副书记,国科大南京学院副院长。国家杰出青年基金获得者,国家863计划资源环境领域主题专家(2012-2016),全国土壤污染详查工作咨询专家(2017-2019),生态环境部土壤生态环境保护专家咨询委员会委员(2019-2024),国家百千万人才,江苏省“333工程”科技领军人才,全国优秀科技工作者,中国科学院优秀教师。1982年7月和1987年7月先后获南京农业大学化学师资专业学士学位和土壤化学专业硕士学位;1987年7月至1994年3月在南京大学环境科学与工程系任教,环境化学实验室主任;1994年3月至1997年8月在德国Saarland大学环境研究中心攻读博士学位,获德国博士学位;1997年至1999年在德国慕尼黑技术大学从事环境化学与生态化学研究;1999年9月回国工作。长期从事土壤化学、土壤环境化学与污染控制研究,近年来在POPs的土壤环境化学行为与生态效应、产地环境与农产品质量安全等研究领域取得了一定的成绩。发表学术论文362篇,其中SCI论文168篇,获国家发明专利十余项。培养一名博士生获中国科学院优秀博士论文奖,培养十余名研究生获得中国科学院院长特别奖、院长优秀奖和国家奖学金等荣誉。
