芳, 1977年3月出生于四川乐山,博士,中国科学院南京土壤研究所研究员,中国科学院大学博士生和硕士生导师,土壤化学与环境保护研究室副主任、中国科学院土壤环境与污染修复重点实验室副主任。荣获德国洪堡资深学者(Alexander von Humboldt Fellow for Experienced Researchers)、江苏省杰出青年基金、中国科学院卢嘉锡青年人才奖,入选中国科学院青年创新促进会、江苏省青年科技托举人才和江苏省333高层次人才中青年学科带头人,当选中国土壤学会土壤化学专业委员会和土壤环境专业委员会委员、江苏省土壤学会常务理事、南京市侨联青年委员会常务委员;受邀担任《Science of the Total Environment》(JCR一区Top期刊,IF=6.6)副主编、《The Innovation》学术编辑、《Heliyon》和《土壤》编委;受邀担任国际科学基金(International foundation of Science)和香港研究资助局评审专家、西班牙加泰罗尼亚水研究所(The Catalan Institute for Water Research, Spain)学术委员会委员、中国科协青年女科学家论坛执行主席。

1999年7月毕业于南京理工大学环境科学与工程系,获工学学士学位。同年8月进入中国科学院南京土壤研究所工作至今。2001年9月-2007年1月在职硕博连读土壤学毕业。2005年4月-2006年5月在德国国家环境健康研究中心(慕尼黑工业大学)工作,2009年4月-2010年3月德国亥姆霍兹慕尼黑研究中心(慕尼黑工业大学)博士后,2014年12月-2015年12月和2017年7月-9月美国密西根州立大学访问教授。

王芳研究员长期致力于土壤有机污染修复,重点研究多环芳烃、氯苯、多溴联苯醚等持久性有机污染物(POPs)以及抗生素与抗性基因的土壤污染过程与修复原理。近年来,土壤有机污染过程和生物强化降解与材料阻控修复等方面取得了系列创新性进展:揭示了长期施肥对土壤中抗生素与抗性基因积累的影响,丰富了有机肥污染土壤过程的理论;探明了胞外聚合物蛋白与多糖主导微生物膜形成促进有机污染物跨膜与胞内降解的过程,揭示了生物膜群体感应高效修复有机污染土壤-水的新技术原理;研发了多功能生物炭基材料,阐明了孔隙填充-疏水分配-π-π作用去除有机污染物的机理,揭示了生物质炭吸附固定-微生物降解协同修复有机污染土壤-水的技术原理;阐明了表面活性剂强化过硫酸盐自由基氧化协同电动修复有机污染场地土壤-水的机制,为有机污染土壤-水的协同修复提供了理论依据与技术支撑 。

主持国家自然科学基金面上项目4项、江苏省杰出基金、国家重点研发计划专项课题、中科院知识创新工程青年人才类重要方向项目等国家级/省部级科研项目20项,参加国家自然科学基金委重大项目、973计划、863项目、公益性行业科研专项等26项;Environ Sci TechnolSoil Biol BiochemChem Eng J等土壤与环境领域主流刊物发表学术论文156篇,其中,SCI论文98篇;授权国家发明专利12项;参与撰写英文专著《The Handbook of Environment Chemistry》系列丛书(Springer出版)。

 

研究领域:

从事土壤环境与污染修复研究,重点研究多环芳烃、卤代有机污染物等持久性有机污染物以及抗生素与抗性基因在土壤-水系统中的迁移转化行为及其阻控与修复技术原理。
